Agency Law – Introduction

This course provides an overview of the Law of Agency. It covers the different types and responsibilities of the agent and explains the relationship between principal, agent and third party. The learner will gain an understanding of the agent’s rights and duties, along with an appreciation of the appropriate steps necessary in order to terminate an agency.
